APPRAISALS AND VALUATIONS DISCLAIMER

Any appraisal, valuation, price estimate, or opinion of authenticity provided by us, whether in writing, verbally, through the Site, or through our appraisal request service, is our professional opinion as of the date it is given, based on the information and examination available to us at that time. Market values for vintage and used instruments change, and an appraisal is not a guarantee of value, authenticity, originality, or future sale price. Appraisals are provided for the person who requested them and may not be relied upon by any third party, including insurers, lenders, estates, or other buyers or sellers, without our written consent.

PRODUCT LISTINGS DISCLAIMER

We work hard to describe every instrument accurately, but listings may contain errors in price, specification, availability, condition, or photographs. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. The condition and originality of an instrument are described as set out in our Terms and Conditions, which govern any purchase.
