Shipping Policy

Costs: Depends on service and instrument’s size and weight. Most instruments ship UPS Ground for $150, including insurance and secure packaging materials.
Carrier and service: UPS for all instruments. USPS for merch and accessories. Services are selectable by customer, from Ground to Next Day available.
Handling time: orders placed before 2 pm Central ship same business day, else next.
Delivery estimate: depends on service, but almost all instruments arrive within 3 days.
Insurance: Fully insured by Carter Vintage. Requires signature on delivery.
Exclusions: some items are Local Pickup only due to size restrictions. International orders are limited by environmental restrictions (such as Brazilian Rosewood, which cannot be shipped internationally).
